About the event

Immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath to relax your body, calm your mind, and restore your inner balance. This meditative experience uses crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments to promote deep relaxation and energetic realignment. No experience is required.

Let the vibrations guide you toward a state of peace and presence.

Yin Yoga is a combination of seated or floor-based Hatha Yoga postures and Taoist Chinese practices. The postures are generally held for 2 to 5 minutes in a relaxed manner, with an attitude of observation and acceptance.

The parasympathetic nervous system is therefore greatly stimulated in order to regenerate.

Through the practice of Yin Yoga, there is an impact on the energetic system. In addition to working on deep flexibility, this yoga stimulates the flow of energy (prana/chi), supporting the health and harmony of the body and mind.

Let yourself be pampered and come unwind in…
