Gentle Hatha offers simple, accessible postures held for a few breaths to gently stretch the body, release tension, and improve mobility — all while respecting your own pace. ✨ Focus on: - Deep breathing - Safe alignment - Releasing tension - Self-awareness The session ends with a guided meditation to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and create an inner space of clarity and peace. 🫶🏽 Ideal for: - Beginners - Those wanting to slow down - Stress management - A gentle return to physical activity A space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Registrations must be completed at least 1 hour before the class in order to receive the Zoom link. No refunds for cancelled classes. A make-up class is only possible if the cancellation is made at least 3 hours before the class.
